The Shire of Westonia advises that Warralakin Road will remain closed to all traffic between Poole Rd and Daddow Rd until 23 February to allow for road damage repairs.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area and use alternative routes
Boodalin soak is located 6km west of town in the Common and can be accessed from Stoneman Road. The soak has great historical value as a stopping place for travellers from York to Kalgoorlie. There is a granite outcrop nearby surrounded by a native grassland which is well known for swathes of wildflowers in spring.
