 The lots will be sold for $ 5,000, subject to a condition that the purchaser, within two (2) years of the contract date, construct either

  1.  in the case of a residential lot – a suitable residence, or
  2.  in the case of a Commercial/industrial Lot – a suitable structure

 and that such constructions are to be built in accordance with the relevant Building Codes of Australia and Local Planning Policies.
