Library
The Shire of Westonia Libraries stock a wide range of resources available for your perusal within the Library premises. We also have a full range of Books, Videos, DVDs, CD ROMs and Audio Cassettes for loan including Adult Fiction, Adult Non Fiction, Young Adult, Junior Fiction, Junior Kindy and Junior Non Fiction. Council receives new library books from the State Library of W.A. every six weeks.
Our Library is primarily stocked by the State Library of Western Australia, which allows us access to their entire collection. We encourage readers to request books or items of their choice. This can be done by simply completing the form provided at the Libraries and the items should be sent to us within two weeks. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to offer you any help and advice if required.

Membership
Ordinary membership
Available to all residents of the Shire of Westonia. Proof of residence required, such as a utility bill.
Junior membership
Available to all residents of the Shire of Westonia. Proof of residence required, such as a utility bill.
Membership application forms must be signed by a parent or guardian at the.
Short term / visitor membership
Temporary or short term residents in the Shire are able to join by:
- paying a small deposit, which will be refunded when the membership is cancelled, providing there are no outstanding or damaged items.
